Financial Report:
See appendix --was shared by Jen. We need to take a hard look at our expenditures in the budget for
next year.
Motion: to accept the Financial Report Ron/Nancy Carried.

OLD BUSINESS
Lighting Project
The lighting project is not complete. Lights in the storage room need to be changed. It will cost us
$444.05. 2 light fixtures at $165 and one $85.
Motion: to finish the lighting project for $444.05 Jen/Janis. Carried.

Flooring
Headingley Flooring is too busy to give a quote right now.

AW Flooring (Walter Malitsky 227-5221)
Clearcoat – oil $2.30/sq. ft
Waterbase - $2.60/ sq. ft. This is the most durable coating.
Stain -$.90/ sq. ft.
$2800 for 1020 sq. ft.

Needs one week notice and it takes 3 days with little traffic on it.
Did this include sanding first?

Gerry was not present to give his quote on new burners.
