Starbuck Community Hall
Rental Agreement

Schedule A

Part 1

The lessee agrees upon renting the Starbuck Community Hall to the following rules & regulations regarding

the use of the hall.

1. Keys will be entrusted to the lessee the day of the event and must be returned the following day.

2. The liquor permit shall be posted in the bar area for the duration of the function.
3. The lessee assumes full responsibility for the event and agrees to pay for any damages and/or fines.

4. At bar functions the lessee and guests must vacate the premises within 60 minutes following the time

stated on the permit.

5. NO throwing of confetti, rice or birdseed in the hall.

6. Decorating will be allowed the night prior to the event IF the hall is available. NO TAPE IS TO BE

USED ON THE WALLS.

All decorations must be removed prior to returning the key.

7. No pets allowed in the hall except for service dogs.

8. The Starbuck Hall and board members are not responsible for loss or damages to goods left in the hall.

9. The lessee shall enforce the "No Smoking" policy.

10. The lessee is responsible for:

•setting up of tables, chairs

•cleaning the kitchen after their function

•washing all tables and leave out for the caretaker to put away

•wiping chairs & stack in groups of 10 , return to storage rooms,

•picking up garbage, food, etc., from floor of main hall.

•placing garbage in garbage bin outside south side of building,

•bathrooms - picking up garbage, cleaning up excessive mess (E.g. vomit)

i. Note: an additional fee for extra cleaning will be charged if the above cleaning

requirements are not followed.
