Chair Committee
There is no reply address on the letters that were sent out for donations for the table and chairs. Someone from the chair committee should be at all hall meetings to report what is happening with the chairs and tables.

Microwave
Ron Schade has purchased a microwave for the hall.

Calendar
Carla Vier has taken it to Tartan Graphics in Sanford. It is going to be a 18 month calendar. The calendar will cost less than $3 to make and we will sell them for $15. They are going to email Carla Vier back with a sample. After we approve the sample they will print the copies off . We ordered 500 calendars.

Cook books
Shiela Booker has taken some to Dawn Till Dusk and Some to Lens to sell for $15. There is also a poster up at the Credit Union.

Treasure’s Report as of Oct 9 2008
Money in the Bank $10000

Pies
Thank you to Playgroup for making the pies. We made 58 and sold all 58 for $7.50.

Thank you’s
We should make a big poster or post the thank yous on the board at Dawn till Dusk
4-H
4-H is thinking of doing a family New Years event for a fundraiser for the hall.
Action Item Maggie is going to let them know that the hall has to pass everything they do before they do it.

Art Club
Art Club wants a trolley made for their art boards to be stored under the stage. They would also like to use the hall for their meetings twice a month.
Action Item Ask the Art Club to write a letter asking for exactly j what they want if they want to use the hall they will have to do a fundraiser of some sort for the hall.

Rec Grant Kendall
The Rec would like to know our future plans with the hall so they can budget their money to help us out. They are going to give us money just not sure how much yet they will have a decision for us at the next meeting which is Nov 12. Maybe they will give us a repayable loan to help us out with the chairs.

Maggie Crompton will be leaving the hall board at the end of December 2008.
