Rec’s Annual Meeting
-Jen Fischer and Carla Vier to attend the meeting on April 23

Furnace Room/Under the stage
-Clean the furnace room and under the stage on April 19th at 9 am

Phone
-Playgroup will buy an answering machine to have at the hall, so when people call the hall for rentals they will receive a message telling them to call Maggie Crompton for rentals at 735-2378
-The answering machine will be placed in a cupboard in the kitchen

Scoop Ad
Action Item Carla Vier will put an ad in the scoop for the missing drip tray for under the heat lamp

Old Business
Hydro Grant
-keep an eye on the hydro grant but wait till the fall after we get our priorities (table chairs kitchen air conditioning) done

Action Item- Carla Vier to meet with the school and get the info then email it to Troy Clugston
-Janis McMorran suggested we advertise more so the seniors and other community members know they are more than welcome to join in
Action Item-Troy Clugston will make up a flyer to put in the mail boxes
Kitchen Air Conditioner
-Honeywell will install the air conditioner for $5011.38 taxes extra

Action Item Carla Vier will email Honeywell that we accept the quote and to see if we can make some sort of a payment plan like pay half now and the other half in 60 or 90 days.

Goods and Services Auction

Action Item Troy Clugston will call the chemical reps for some donations

Clean 55+ Condos
-Dwight and Retha Cochrane have offered to clean the condos and donate the money to the hall
Action Item Jen Fischer will get Dwight and Retha Cochrane a $100 gift certificate to Shelmerdine’s

Rates
-Playgroup, Shuffle board, and the Walkers will give a donation for the use of the hall
-Playgroup will buy the hall an answering machine
Action Item Maggie Crompton to ask Shuffle Board to purchase a microwave and a clock for the hall
