Action Item Find out how many years are left on the deventure maybe ask the Credit Union

Do we want to combine our “mortgage burning” with the chair committees get together for the chairs and tables.

In our speech we should mention the dishwasher, air conditioner and hall paid off. Maybe ask Bob Morse, Dennis Rice or Rodney Burns to be our guest speaker.

Furniture for Sale
11 Oak Bluff tables $40.00 each Dan Gargan will take one leaving us with 10 for sale
174 Old Chairs $2.50
We have 30 round tables the rink would like 10 leaving us with 20 We should donate them to the community before we sell them
Maybe contact Ron Rasmussen to see what his opinion is on it as he donated them to the hall
See if the churches would like them or the Hutterites.
Tables cant leave till the new ones have arrived.

Lutheran Church is Deborah ? (Ron Rasmussen is going to check with the Lutheran Church)

At our meeting in January we will make our decision about lending the furniture committee money for the tables till they get their money.
